Old-Fashioned Corn Bread(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. stone ground corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 12-inch iron skillet, which has been sprayed with a nonstick vegetable spray.
    Bake approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Slice.
    Yield: 8 servings.
