Old Fashioned Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 c. diced fresh bread or 3 1/2 c. stale bread (trim away crust)
    2 c. scalded milk with 1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Soak bread with these ingredients for 15 minutes.
    Stir lightly with fork.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place in baking dish in pan of hot water (1-inch deep).
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serve warm with milk or cream.
