Easy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 4 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large jar Cheez Whiz
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onions in large pot until almost done.
    Mix evaporated milk, 1 can of water and Cheez Whiz.
    Cook until cheese is melted.
    Add to potatoes and onions; salt and pepper.
    Stir well.
    Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
