Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can pumpkin
    1 1/2 Tbsp. artificial brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 oz. can evaporated skim milk
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and pour in 8-inch pie crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 then 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until knife comes out clean. Yield:
    6 servings.
    Carbohydrate .7 g, protein 2 g, fat 1 g, calories 37.
    One serving = 1 fruit exchange, 1/2 meat medium fat exchange.
