Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. warm milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
    Mix shortening and eggs in warm milk; add to yeast mixture.
    Add flour and knead, just a little.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Shape into muffin tins.
    Let rise 1 hour more.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Let cool at least 5 minutes before trying to remove from pans.
