Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, cubed
    2 c. cubed ham
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick butter
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cover potatoes with water; cook until tender.
    Add ham, onion and butter.
    Cook 15 minutes on medium heat.
    Add milk.
    Then when it's good and hot, drop rivels in slowly by spoonfuls.
