Hurricane Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. drained canned pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    2 canned peach halves, drained and diced
    1 c. vanilla or plain low-fat yogurt
    1 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Pour all ingredients into a blender and whirl like a hurricane until smooth and thick. Tasty breakfast idea! Makes 3 cups or 3 to 4 servings.
