Cheese Crescent Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tubes crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg yolk (save the white)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Grease bottom and sides of jelly roll pan.
    Take 1 tube off rolls and press together to cover bottom of pan.
    Mix the remaining ingredients.
    Spoon mixture on top of crescent dough. Smooth it evenly.
    Gently stretch second tube over top of mixture. Brush with egg white.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool slightly and chill in refrigerator.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut and serve.
