Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. shredded zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs until light and foamy.
Add sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla; mix lightly.
Combine flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
Add this to egg and zucchini mixture.
Stir until well blended.
Add nuts.
Spray pans with Pam.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour in 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
