Crackling Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 c. rolled cracklings
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. corn meal
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat egg until light; add milk and cracklings.
Sift together flour, sugar, corn meal, baking powder and salt.
Add to the egg and milk mixture.
Beat well.
Turn into a flat baking pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until nice and brown.
