Alyson'S Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. All-Bran cereal
1 c. Quaker rounds (2, crushed)
1 c. boiling water
2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix All-Bran, crushed Quaker rounds and boiling water.
Let cool.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate batter overnight.
Bake in regular muffin tins at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or in small muffin tins for 20 minutes.
Use paper muffin tin liners.
