Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh cranberries, ground
    1 c. sugar
    2 (5 oz.) cans evaporated milk, chilled
    3 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine cranberries and sugar; mix well.
    Cover and chill 2 hours.
    Beat evaporated milk until soft peaks form; fold in marshmallows.
    Cover and chill 2 hours.
    Combine cranberry mixture, marshmallow mixture, pineapple and pecans in a large bowl.
    Stir gently until well mixed.
    Cover salad and chill. Yields 12 servings.
