Veggie Melts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    3/4 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    24 slices party rye bread, toasted
Preparation
    Combine carrot, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, green pepper, cheese, salt and salad dressing.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Place a rounded teaspoonful of vegetable mixture on each toast round.
    Place on microwave-safe plate.
    Microwave on High until cheese melts. Watch closely.
    Makes 24.
