Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. or less beef stew meat
    6 carrots, sliced or cut up
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together and pour over top 1/2 can tomato juice.
    Seal casserole tightly with heavy foil.
    Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 4 hours. Can be cooked in a crock-pot also.
