Souffled Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches carrots
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Peel carrots and slice into thin rings.
    Boil until tender; drain and mash well.
    Add oleo, sugar and egg.
    Add milk, flour, cinnamon and baking powder and blend.
