Red Lobster Rolls - cooking recipe

2 c. buttermilk baking mix
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Combine baking mix, milk and cheese and mix with wooden spoon until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown. Combine butter with garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.
