Hot Dog Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot dogs
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. catsup
    3/4 c. bourbon
Preparation
    Cut hot dogs into bite-size pieces.
    Put in frying pan with remaining ingredients.
    Simmer slowly for 40 minutes.
    Sauce should be consistency of thick catsup.
    If liquid dries too much, add more bourbon.
