"Philly" Brunch Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) baked pie crust
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed
    1 c. whole milk
    4 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 c. chopped ham
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    dash of pepper (white preferably)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine cheese and milk in saucepan and stir over low heat until smooth.
    Gradually add cream cheese mixture to eggs; mix until well blended.
    Saute onion in margarine. Add onion and remaining ingredients to mixture; mix well.
    Pour into pastry shell and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until set. Excellent served with fresh fruit and hot rolls.
    Serves 8.
