Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch pie pan with your favorite pastry.
    Peel peaches and place in unbaked pie shell cavity side down.
    Cream together 1 cup of sugar and 1/3 cup of butter.
    Into this mixture, put 1/3 cup of flour, then add beaten egg and vanilla.
    Spread this mixture over top of peaches and bake in slow oven for 1 hour.
