Easy Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small pkg. peach jello (can use any flavor)
    1 large can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bring to a boil the pineapple.
    Add jello, then cool real good (you might stick in the refrigerator).
    Add buttermilk and Cool Whip.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    May be topped with nuts, if desired.
