Eggplant Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggplant
1 egg
soda cracker crumbs
1/2 lb. sausage meat

Preparation

Cook eggplant and drain good.
Then mash.
Add egg and soda cracker crumbs, enough to hold eggplant together firm.
Fry sausage meat done and drain all the grease off and stir into eggplant.
Make into patties and fry.
