Coconut Easter Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mashed potatoes (warm, not hot or cold)
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
2 lb. 10x powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix potatoes and butter together well (by hands).
Add vanilla.
Add the sugar gradually.
Mix well.
Add coconut.
This makes 9 or 10 eggs which weigh 1/4 pound.
