Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    3 oz. can mushrooms
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk or 2/3 c. cream
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. ripe olives
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 tsp. minced parsley
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    6 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
    1 c. tuna, cooked chicken or turkey
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook onion in small amount of oil until tender.
    Add soup, milk and cheese.
    Heat and stir.
    Add meat and remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
