Ingredients

3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. water
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 pkg. Andes mints
1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
2 eggs
Preparation

In a heavy saucepan over low heat, combine butter, sugar and water. Heat until butter melts; add chocolate chips. Stir until partially melted. Remove from heat and continue to stir until totally melted. Pour into large mixing bowl and cool 10 minutes.
