Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. dry white wine
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dried leaf oregano
    1/4 c. chopped, fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Preparation
    Slice the mushrooms and place in a glass bowl.
    In a saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Pour sauce over mushrooms.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 5 hours.
