Quick Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 to 1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. flour or bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Make 6 patties, dip in egg, then in flour or bread crumbs. Brown patties in 1 tablespoon oil.
    Season with salt and pepper. Drain grease.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes or until done.
    Serves 6.
