Baked Spaghetti(Reduced Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms, undrained
    8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/3 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    16 oz. meatless spaghetti sauce
    1/3 c. light sour cream
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute beef, onion, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper until brown.
    Pour off fat.
    Stir in undrained mushrooms and spaghetti sauce.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Coat 8-inch deep casserole dish with nonstick vegetable coating spray.
    Place half of cooked spaghetti in bottom of dish.
    Layer half of meat mixture on spaghetti.
