Cheese-Garlic Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. biscuit baking mix
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Combine baking mix, milk and cheese, mixing lightly but thoroughly.
On floured surface, roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with biscuit cutter and place on baking sheet. Bake at 475\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Blend butter or margarine with garlic powder and brush on hot biscuits before removing from baking sheet.
Yields 1 dozen.
