Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 onions
    2 carrots, grated
    10 to 12 squash, sliced
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing
    Cheddar cheese, grated
    sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onions in oleo.
    Grate carrots and saute.
    Add squash and saute.
    Cook about 25 minutes.
    Add dressing mix and sour cream. Pour into a casserole dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
