No Cook Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 cucumbers, thinly sliced
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. onions, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. coarse or kosher salt
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Let stand for 1 to 2 hours. Put in jars and seal.
    These are good to use the next day, and will keep in the refrigerator for months.
    Yields 3 pints.
