Microwave Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup or 1 Tbsp. ham base
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. thin sliced potatoes
Preparation
    Make a white sauce out of the butter, flour, salt, pepper, soup or ham base and milk. Cook until thick.
    Layer potatoes, onions and sauce in a 2-quart casserole.
    Cover and microwave on Medium-high 17 to 19 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
