Smoked Salmon And Brie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12-inch) Boboli shell or 4 six-inch shells
    1 wheel (15 oz.) Brie cheese
    3 oz. smoked salmon, cut in one-inch pieces
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
Preparation
    Place pizza shell on a baking sheet.
    With a sharp knife, cut rind from cheese, wetting knife often to prevent sticking.
    Cut cheese in small hunks and arrange over pizza shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for five minutes or until cheese is about half melted.
    Arrange smoked salmon over cheese.
    Sprinkle with dill.
    Return to oven and bake three to four minutes longer.
    Let stand at room temperature for five minutes before cutting.
