Yummy Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 c. rice, raw
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg
    Salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 soup can of water
Preparation
    Combine meat, onion, rice cracker crumbs, egg, salt and pepper to taste, cayenne pepper and chili powder and Italian seasoning.
    Shape into golf ball size balls.
    Place in a lightly greased casserole or pan, in one layer.
    Mix the soup and the water and pour over the Yummy Balls.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
