Peanut Butter Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. peanut butter
2 well-beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream shortening; gradually add peanut butter and cream until smooth.
Add sugar and cream until mixture is light and fluffy. Add beaten eggs and mix well.
Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
Stir in vanilla.
