Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten egg yolks
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 egg whites
Preparation

Combine egg yolks, milk and oil.
Stir into dry ingredients. Fold in stiff egg whites.
Cook in waffle iron.
Cool.
Place wax paper between.
Store in heavy foil.
Reheat at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
