Colorado Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. sugar
    2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix ingredients quickly; don't overbeat.
    Blend eggs, salt, sugar and milk in blender.
    Gradually add flour, blending after each addition.
    Add and blend melted margarine.
    Heat a nonstick lightly greased 10-inch skillet.
    Add a small quantity of batter. Tip the skillet and let the batter spread to cover entire pan. Cook over moderate heat.
    When edges dry and underneath is lightly brown, reverse it and brown other side. Roll pancake up.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
