Kolaches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. dry instant yeast
2 c. warm milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
pinch of salt
5 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve
yeast
in
a
little of the milk (minus the 2 cups) 5
minutes, long enough to dissolve.
In large bowl mix all ingredients.
Mix
by
hand
until smooth (I use a wooden dough spoon).
Let rise about 5 minutes, then stir again.
Let rise again, about 20 minutes.
