Ingredients

1 box coconut pie or pudding mix
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. diluted evaporated milk
3 eggs (save whites for meringue)
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Heat pudding mix, sugar, milk and egg yolks in saucepan until it\tis
thick.
Remove
from heat and beat until smooth. Add coconut,
vanilla
and margarine.
Put in baked pie shell. Add meringue and sprinkle with coconut on top.
