Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. Wesson oil
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 oz. red food coloring
Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar in mixing bowl.
    Add all other ingredients, except for food coloring.
    Mix ingredients until smooth, then add food coloring.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake in 3 or 4 round pans.
    Fill pans half full.
