Baked Turkey Pie - cooking recipe

6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 c. turkey broth
1/2 c. milk
2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
1 can peas and carrots, drained
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Prepare pastry for 9-inch 2-crust pie. Roll 2/3 of the pastry for bottom crust.
Fit into 9-inch pie pan. Roll remainder into rectangle, about 10 x 6-inches.
Cut into 12 strips, each 1/2-inch wide.
