Jalapeno-Corn Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
3 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Prick bottom and sides of pastry with fork.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 3 minutes; remove from oven and gently prick.
Bake 5 minutes more, cool.
Cook bacon and crumble.
Saute onion and combine with remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into pastry shell and sprinkle with bacon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
