Ingredients

1/2 c. rice
4 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Stir several times.
Add nutmeg, cinnamon and raisins.
Bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
