Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups self rising flour
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 cups wesson oil
    1 fluid oz. red food coloring
Preparation
    Put everything in a large mixing bowl, stir with a spoon until mixed, then beat 10 minutes with mixer.
    Makes three large layers or more thin layers.
