Reuben Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. sauerkraut, drained
    8 oz. corned beef, cut fine
    8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. Thousand Island dressing
Preparation
    Mix together and place in pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts and dish is hot throughout, 25 to 35 minutes.
    Serve hot with party rye bread or rye crackers.
