Grits And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grits
    1 stick oleo
    1 roll garlic cheese
    2 whole eggs
    milk
Preparation
    Boil water, salt and grits until thick.
    Add oleo and cheese. Beat the eggs and put in a measuring cup and finish filling to the 1 cup line with milk.
    Add this to the grit mixture and mix well. Put in a greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
