Grilled Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. dry red wine
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. red food coloring (optional)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 green onion, cut into pieces
1 (2 lb.) pork tenderloin
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except pork in large bowl.
Place pork in bowl; cover and let stand at room temperature 1 hour or in refrigerator overnight, turning occasionally.
Drain and grill pork.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
