Sugarless Bars(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. dates, chopped
    1 c. apples, peeled and chopped
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 packets Equal or 3 tsp. Sweet*10
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cook raisins, dates and apples in 1 cup water for 3 minutes. Stir in butter or margarine and cool.
    Add sweetener, beaten eggs, vanilla, flour and baking soda.
    Stir well.
    Add nuts.
    Bake in a greased 9 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
