Spaghetti Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fine pepper
2 tsp. coarse pepper
3 Tbsp. Salad Supreme
1/2 c. Italian dressing
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 lb. tomato wedges
1/2 lb. bell peppers, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
Parmesan cheese
artichoke hearts
Preparation

Combine the first nine ingredients.
Mix well, then add tomatoes, peppers, onions and artichoke hearts.
Best if made day before.
Mix again.
Before serving, garnish with tomato slices and Parmesan cheese.
