Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained (not cooked)
    4 eggs, beaten (Egg Beaters may be used)
    1 stick oleo
    1 or 2 green onions, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. medium or sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into a well-greased iron skillet or nonstick baking pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 8 to 10.
