Broccoli Quiche(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. sharp cheese, grated
    4 tsp. regular margarine
    16 to 20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 eggs
    1 c. skim milk
    9 tsp. self-rising flour
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
Preparation
    Use part of margarine to grease 10-inch quiche pan.
    Blend eggs, milk, margarine, flour, salt and pepper in blender.
    Cook broccoli and drain.
